I was in a Troubled Relationship

She was in a troubled relationship, till she got a tortoise, and it led her to the one who knew how to hold her heart.

Not too long ago, I was also caught up in a bad relationship. It was bad, although it was a different kind of “bad”. But I do agree with Caroline Leavitt (the author) – that someone who is right, would accept us for who we are, and go further to honor that – even if it were an awkward tortoise.
