I’ve something exciting to share! Over the last two weeks, my office had been receiving organic Tortilla chips from our beneficiary. Hence, I decided to make a dip (or two) over the weekend to go with it.
Aren’t the colours pretty? The oranges’ original colour was pale but I got them really cheap at $2 for 8!? But guess what! They turned out supercalifragelistically sweet! Lesson? Don’t judge an orange by it’s colour (pun absolutely intend, haha!).
Here’s the recipe:
3 finely chopped oranges
1/4 finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
Directions: toss and refrigerate.
And… tadah! Easy peasy isn’t it? 😀 I really enjoyed making it as much as having it. Hehe!
